Individual counselling and psychotherapy

The duration of a session is 60 minutes, during which time you have the opportunity to be present in the totality of it as you are with the full range of emotions within you. Sessions can be conducted live and online. Gestalt therapy is experiential and as such “live contact” is recommended. Of course, this is not always possible. You can choose the format that suits your needs.

Individual counselling is aimed at support, increasing the level of self-support in a safe and secure environment. Within the therapeutic hour, together, we walk the path of conflicts, anxieties, fears, losses, changes.

Individual psychotherapy provides a space to share and work through life situations. Psychotherapy provides an opportunity for awareness and connection to “How am I present in my life?”, “What is my contribution in a situation?”, having patterns that provide “teleportation” or “quick connection” into situations that do not belong in the present moment and no longer hold meaning for me. Psychotherapy is a process of unlocking and becoming aware of our own resources and opening our imagination and curiosity to using them in our lives. In Gestalt psychotherapy, we are not seeking an answer to the question “Why?” but rather exploring the “How?”

I believe that all the resources for a full and conscious life are available in human beings, it’s just that sometimes we get lost in the process. For me, the idea of therapy is not to create a dependency between therapist and client, but to build a therapeutic rapport to support the process of discovery, rediscovery and transformation.

Are there specific topics I’m working with? Like every person, there are subjects that I feel more close to myself. Part of my interests are related to support in:

  • Anxiety
  • Going through losses
  • Injuries
  • Difficulties in relationships
  • Insurance
  • Desire to raise the level of awareness
  • Changes
  • Existential themes

What is Gestalt?

Gestalt therapy is about connectedness, sharing, acceptance, fullness in contact and a richness of variety and forms.

How does it work?

Process is the richness shared in collaborative encounters. Psychotherapy is a purely human exchange created in the contact between two people.

Who is it suitable for?

Gestalt Therapy has no face, no age and no gender, it is aimed at anyone who needs a shared space to be authentic and themselves.
